Set atop of a hill, in a dominant position, overlooking the beautiful Chianti Valdarnese, this agricultural holding is one of the most interesting vinicultural realities in the province of Arezzo. It’s located in the town of Bucine, a part of the DOCG Chianti district, that can be easily accessible from Florence and Siena.
This is a refined three floors building, built prior to the early 1800s and surrounded by an Italian garden on three sides. A two-level construction that was formerly designated as a “farmer's house” is adjacent to the villa.
In close proximity to the property there are two other structures: an independent building in stone, used as granary and wine-cellar, with a wide parking space; and a large banked barn building and other attachments on a total surface area of more than 1000 square metres.
The agricultural holding is extended over 19 hectares, 4,7 of which are covered with IGP olive orchards; the vineyard area covers about 5,75 hectares (3,99 of Chianti DOCG and 3,56 of IGT). The remaining land is mostly arable and coppiced.
